Fortunately for me, while waiting on this part and and one other I decided to remove the old thermostat and thermal cut-off wire just to be ready with a clean work are, I cleaned all connections and when I was done for kicks I turned it on…… you guessed it, it worked and is still working! So I now have a back up thermal cut-off and thermostat. Hey I’m fine with that. I’m sure I bill need them again very soon.

My water heater went out in my Grand Design Reflection 278BH. I was stuck on the Oregon coast. I tried every auto, marine, electric, and hardware store within 100 miles. No one knew what it was let alone carried it. Not even the RV repair shop. Of all places I was able to get it on Amazon within 3-4 days. Done and done.

Easy to install on my Airstream.

After numerous hours of research, we finally figured out the issue with our water heater in our travel trailer. We looked absolutely everywhere to diagnose the issue. The dealership that sold us the trailer said we would have to bring it in and it would be at our expense. My husband found an RV technician that was going to charge us $100 for the diagnosis fee then $100 for the labor fee and then we would have to pay for the part. So $15 saved us more than $200. No more cold showers! Thank heavens!

I received this one day early. Thank God, because it sucks living in a motorhome without hot water in the winter! The included instructions were self explanatory. Overall replacing the part was easy. The price wasnt bad either. You should always have extras when you live in a motorhome.
