> 3 dayPretty sad when it comes to selecting and manufacturing standard terminals, for a standard Atwood/Dometic hot water heater, dont expect them to fit until you make the female connection BIGGER and the male terminal on your hot water heater SMALLER,so sad being every Atwood/Dometic RV heater are all the same size. Suggestion: TRY YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU SELL IT,its not that hard folks.

> 3 dayMy wife and I started camping in March of 2021. On our third trip out the hot water heater stopped working. I panicked because I thought I had done something wrong and would have to take our RV in for service. That would be a hassle because the RV dealer is a hour and a half from us. While we were in our trailer in the cold with cold water I did a little research on the internet. A lot of post were saying it’s the mother board so I bought a new mother board and some of these fuses. I installed a new board but the heater still wouldn’t work. Turns out it was the thermal cut off. Take my advice and buy these. I bought four packs to keep on hand. You should keep extras just in case. They are super easy to connect. No special tools. On the very next trip I put one in and the heater fired up. Turned out that it was a windy day when I was using the gas feature of my water heater before and I believe the flame was blowing outward causing this safety device to kick in. I fixed the problem though. Again buy these; they will save you a headache. Buy them and see if it does the trick before hauling your trailer back to the dealer spending money.
