S-ZONE Vintage Canvas Messenger Bag Shoulder Bag 14 Inch Laptop Briefcase

I purchased this a while back and just started using it consistently and I love it. It is pretty big and the strap is adjustable it has multiple compartments including one for ur laptop, and it comes in handy. I would repurchase for sure.

I purchased the oversized laptop bag to accommodate my 15 MacBook Pro. I use this bag every day for my commute to work and overall the leather has held up well. Only a couple weeks after owning the bag the zipper broke and is unable to close (if you feel the zipper you know that the metal is not quality craftsmanship so this is not surprising). I could live with the zipper and just dealt with the annoyance. Yesterday on my way to work I was wearing the bag over my shoulder and suddenly there was a snap and my bag hit the concrete hard. To my dismay the buckle had broken on the strap as once again the metal was of terrible quality. If you look at the first picture you will note that the second buckle for the strap is also almost completely broken. I thought my laptop was okay as the screen was not harmed but unfortunately one of the laptop key mechanisms completely broke. Apple now needs to send my computer away for a 5 day fix to completely replace the keyboard. I want to clarify that the bag was not too heavy and only contained a laptop, an umbrella, and pens. This break was completely due to the low quality product and manufacturing. I emailed the company, described the accident, included photos, and simply asked is there any way that I may obtain a new laptop strap as I dont want to carry this bag every day? The response was We are sorry for the trouble the bag caused for you . We checked your order, and find that your bag has been out of our warranty.... Bought this as a gift. The reviews looked good, so I got it. I did a lot of research on other bags, but this one seemed to be the best for the price. We have had it for about 2 weeks now and it seemes to be very sturdy and built to last. We coated it witht the honey leather stuff and it took out all the little scratches and scuffs on the outside of the bag (which is totally normal and expected for leather). My husband absolutely love the bag and was estatic to use it. He also was able to fit his 16 laptop in the bag. It was snug, but it fit.

This is a great durable bag with lots of storage options. The only things I would improve is adding a pocket for a water bottle and have the rear pocket go the full length of the bag. It only goes about half way down the bag. For the price of this bag, you cannot beat it.

The bag is okay, its very large and has a lot of zippered pockets which was a must for me. What I dont like about it is its a lot floppier than it looks in the pictures. It doesnt stand straight up and doesnt have any structure. It just looked frumpy so Im returning it. It seemed well made for those who dont mind though.

The bag seemed well made however, after only one day of use the outer buttons on the exterior pocket of the bag fell off. Good thing there is a zipper so the contents don’t fall out but still poorly made.

I have owned this bag for just over two years and use it every day. It has held up very well with simply applying leather conditioner/cleaner every so often. My only complaint is that the back is not so stiff so it slouches a bit instead of being firm. The leather has held up well, the stitching has held up well and the buckles have also lasted. All in all this was a good purchase and overall I am happy with it.

This satchel has a nice non-bulky profile so even if you wear it on a shortened strap so it hangs up under your arm, it doesnt interfere with your movement. It holds lots of stuff and the nice wide strap will not cut in to your shoulder. It is very well made and looks good. Love it!

This is not our first piece from s-zone. I bought this as a new bag for work. It looks very vintage and stylish and can hold everything that I need. I’ve gotten various compliments on the bag, however, upon receiving the bag, it had a minor defect on the strap. We reached out to the company about doing an exchange for a replacement. They were very responsive and courteous. After discussion about the minor defect (and conveying to their production team), they asked to send us a new bag for our inconvenience. They really did not have to and I am so grateful for their generosity. We will continue to look for products from them.

This has been a good bag in the last few months that I have had it. Have received lots of compliments from others about the bag. One of the tiny screws that secures the buckle latch to the leather strap was not machined very well and/or was stripped. The latch held on for a while with the other screw on the other side of the buckle. Eventually, ongoing use caused it to fail too. Notified seller of my challenge and they did an exceptional job of finding out what needed to be replaced and coordinated with the manufacturer to get me a replacement buckle. Seller did a great job of providing feedback and updates through this process. This level of customer service is truly wonderful when it happens. I would recommend this bag to others and that if they are interested in purchasing to use this seller. Update 14 May 2016 - Contacted seller due to a buckle failing and asked if it would be possible to get a couple spare buckles. The buckles are one of the few moving parts and get used many times a day so I dont find any fault or consider this to be a product failure. However, when I asked the seller about this, they quickly responded - even the original purchase was almost a year ago - and in a very short time received a package with a couple buckles. It feels great to have a spare in case something happens with another buckle. It feels even better that a seller is willing to continue the great customer service well after the sale. I really like this bag and the level of customer service from the seller has made it even better.
