SABRENT M.2 NVMe PS5 heatsink (SB-PSHS)

Estremamente veloce , non riscalda granchè anche se lo tengo sotto un dissipatore apposito! Vale i soldi che costa ma non di piu certamente! Stabile e chiaramente silenziosissimo, non ha meccanica ne parti in movimento!!!

Sinstalle en lieu et place du cache original de la PS5. Aucun problème de chauffe constaté avec le SSD NVME. Bref, que du bon !

This disk great value for money, I’ve been using one with an asus prime z690 motherboard and the speed increase when compared to gen 3 ssd’s is extremely noticeable, with it reaching speeds of 7gb/s read and 5-6gb/s write speed. You will notice that the drive slows down after a few months, but this is fixed immediately just by using the sabrent rocket software that it comes with to update the ssd’s software and drivers. Most reviews I see mention this speed decrease but it’s not actually a real issue in my experience. Before updating a few days ago, the speeds were at 4gb/s read and 3gb/s write, but went up even higher than before immediately after I updated it. I’ve also tried it in a pcie gen 4 disk array card, and with the added cooling power that the fan and heat sinks gave it, it make the disk able to perform even faster than advertised.

This thing displaces heat so well it’s almost absurd. My ps5 is so cold it has icicles forming on it. Great value!

My drive was in active use for a few days and then it failed beyond recovery. Had to return it.

As an avid gamer who recently upgraded my PlayStation 5 with an M.2 NVMe SSD, I knew I needed an effective cooling solution to keep my consoles performance in top shape. Thats when I found the SABRENT M.2 NVMe PS5 heatsink (SB-PSHS), and I am thrilled with its performance!

Went on easy enough but when I removed it to place a larger capacity m.2 the adhesive was not touching the Samsung pro 980. I dont know if its a lower profile m.2 but be aware this is not even making contact with the pad.

Fit very nicely over the area for the SSD expansion after removing the stock SSD cover on the PS5. Already has the thermal tape on the bottom of the heatsink. Made very well to dissipate heat from SSD area. Would recommend!
