Too easy to pull. For young kids it would become a game at school

They both work, but when first pulling the pins to test them one of them had a muffled sound. Not sure if it was from just being left in the cold for an hour or so or what but after a while when I tried it again it was no longer muffled. **EDIT** The company reached out and sent me a replacement.

Very loud (that’s good) and easy to use. Set of 3, 2 for myself and one for sons girlfriend.

I got a set of 5 thinking I can give some of them to my friends and family as a gift and was so excited to receive them. But as soon as I opened one of them, I saw it didn’t work. I thought maybe I wasn’t doing it right. So watched videos, read the instructions again, tried the other ones in the package. But none of them worked. I will get a replacement. I hope the new set works. Disappointed.

I love this already. I immediately read the instructions and pulled the pin out. It is super loud and definitely alarming. The little flashlight worked as well. It did come with three individual personal alarms. Im giving on to my mother and sister.

It’s very loud which is a good thing, the only thing is that I get a heart attack when I pull it on accident but that’s my fault. 10/10

I bought these personal alarms for my mom and older relatives to make them feel more secure when they are out and about. When they saw them they really fell in love with the product and this is my 4th box of 5 that I’ve purchased. Although the product is pretty good and sufficiently loud the packaging this time was just, lack of better term, trash. I when I opened my package today I was just floored and disappointed by what I say. See attached pictures. If this is how your items are going to arrive I think I will have buy something else. Shame on this seller for not even making an effort.

I like having this as its very easy to use! Just pull out the handle/strap and voila! It is loud. In thinking of the different scenarios this would be useful for my safety I very happy I bought them!
