Honestly was excited to see how much I could get in it. Looking forward to stuffing all the baby’s goods in it. UPDATE: Previous review ragged on customer service for not contacting me about a minor concern. The seller did contact me from their personal email address after several failed attempts to reach me through their business email (my email either blocked or otherwise filtered several of their emails). I am happy to report that the seller made right on the issues, and I am 100% satisfied with the product and the service. Well done Sager Creek!

Greater than one weekWe bought this diaper bad in September in order to get a bigger and more sturdy bag. This diaper has a lot of pockets and very functional. However after only 2 months one of the straps broke on the bag. I sent customer service an email on Dec 22nd and still have yet to get a response. It’s also supposed to have a 5 year warranty.
