This fits perfectly. The refrigerator for the Land Cruiser seemed kinda nice, but it trades a glove box (which I use ALL the time) for something that I would rarely use. I really did not like losing the storage of the glove box. Now, you can have BOTH. This tray fits perfectly in my 2021 LC, and is easy to get in and out, and now I have a secret compartment under the tray to put stuff, or cool stuff. I really like the center glove box now. And only fifteen bucks. I may buy another one as a backup.

Fits well in the center console. Rubber mats that came with the tray look like they were cut out by a first grader. Still not what I was hoping for but this at better than nothing.

Perfect fit, good utilization of space, water bottle stored easily under it. Provide extra storage under arm rest. Removal is ok, but not very easy, must have removal point.
