Im extremely happy with this tablet. I needed something basic to check email, web surf and shop. This does exactly what I need it to do and quickly for an affordable price without all the Amazon junk and limited capabilities like the Fire 10.

I was very excited to receive my Samsung Galaxy Tap A7. The graphics quality, speed, sound everything was great for about 2 weeks, now I have a $300 paper weight. The touch screen does not work, Ive tried rebooting, shutting down from the reboot screen and nothing is working. I dont live in an area where I can take the tablet in for technical support so Im stuck. The battery quality is great because I have been waiting since Sunday afternoon for the battery to reach 0% and it finally hit 0% on this beautiful Tuesday Morning. The touch screen is still not responding after letting the battery drain and recharging.
