No complaints with this drive. It caught my eye as I have used this brand before with no issues. This drive went in seamlessly into my windows HP laptop. I loved that you can go onto samsung site for this drive and download a tool to clone your existing drive onto this one. You will need an adapter to hook up this new drive externally, once you do that the software handles the rest in cloning your internal drive to this drive. I cloned with no errors, opened up laptop and switched over to this new drive and the speed increase was seen immediately going from my HDD to this drive. This drive also comes with additional tools that you can download to run benchmarking and an excellent tools to continue to keep your drive in good health. I am very happy with the capacity options this drive offers, the big speeds enhancements it provided and the extra tools for helping keep this drive running in top shape.

I like, is perfect for me

First install was super simple, formatted the drive perfectly and began installing games onto it. A week later, nothing. Reseated the sata cables, changed the power cords, nothing. Not showing up in bios completely plugged in. My other SSD I boot from hasnt had a single issue for years, and I wasnt even going to use this one for booting just for storing games.

Installs easy, fits my PS4 pro and I have so many games and still haven’t reached capacity. For context I had warzone, GTA V, vanguard and much more story based games. Highly recommend. It also works on ps5

The items seem fine it just was not compatible with my iPad Air I would buy again for a desktop or a laptop

The hard drive i receive was easy to installed on my ps4. i simply remove my regular hard drive and put this one in. The hard drive work with out any issue. the installation of the ps4 firmware went smooth . downloaded all the games and The games actually load noticeably fast so i saw improve performance with the 1tb ssd drive. I would definitely recommend this hard drive.

Bought this to upgrade a laptop we bought refurbished. Replace a sata 5400 rpm harddrive. The difference in the computer is amazing. Booting up used to take minutes, now its seconds.

My PlayStation 4 Pro now loads levels in Elden Ring in half the time. I can now die twice as fast!

I disliked the fact that it died after less than three months of use. Its completely invisible to the mother board.
