al principio no estaba muy seguro si funcionaria en mi Dell precision5520, una ves instalado y configurado quedo listo, actualmente lo estoy utilizando como disco principal para mi portátil y puedo decir que funciona perfecto y fluido, como lo indica el fabricante es de lectura rápida en todo. Excelente compra, el pc paso de prender en 40 segundos con un Disco duro tradicional a prenden e iniciar windows en menos de 3 segundos, la velocidad es muy notable

Not much to say. It does its job as intended. No flaws or complaints.

This is a truly excellent SSD, and its amazingly affordable even at least price, and if its on sale (and it frequently is) its an even better deal. Its incredibly fast at reading and writing even under real world loads (synthetic tests often overstate true performance). Its more than fast enough for any normal or even the vast majority of enthusiast users. If you really need top of the line performance you can get the pro version instead, but thats almost always going to be overkill.

this was a birthday present for my grandson, I just gave it to him and found its a bad drive, it would be great if we could return it

I was running an old SSD and my computer was having performance issues while downloading due to the fact the ssd couldn’t keep up with my high speed internet but after purchasing this I’m happy to say I can download full gigabyte speeds and use my computer with no issue!

Samsung makes a great product the 980 is a fast, reliable, long lasting hard drive that is an awesome fit for any compatible PC (and some that arent) I got this NVME drive for my DELL XPS 15, which comes with one drive and a second expandable M.2 slot. With just a couple minutes of work the drive was up and running, the second time around anyway. The first one I got was dead on arrival but I got a replacement next day before the defective drive was even picked up. In tests the drive hit its claimed read/write times and it is fast enough for just about anything you need. I use this one when Im video editing and gaming, both tasks it excels at. This is an awesome upgrade if you need more storage and especially if you are looking for more speed. It preforms many times faster than a traditional HDD (with the spinning disc) and is also much faster than a 2.5 in. ssd. It is also faster than a SATA M.2, basically NVME is what you want if your PC is compatible. If its not this is also a great product to use in a high quality external NVME enclosure. You can use it as an external hard drive on the go or with multiple PCs or to back up important files. The NVME drives are also more durable than a drive with moving parts or even a 2.5 in. drive making it perfect to go in an enclosure that you can throw in your backpack without worrying about damage.
