Samsung 980s are very solid SSDs. With SSD prices dropping fast, I picked up 2 of these from Amazon Warehouse for <$70 each. Hard to beat that price since these have Samsungs limited warranty applied.

Used to update our laptop to a fast access SSD Drive for editing and creative applications this drive performs.

I expected much more from the random performance

I did a bit of research before purchasing this. I was considering the 980 pro but after watching some review videos, its just not worth the upgrade unless you are doing something that is long running an I/O bound like video processing. This reads and writes very fast and for the average user the difference in games, boot time etc. is negligible. You will only see a difference on benchmarks and you will save $100.

Load times are way slower ever since I upgraded to this M.2 from Samsung. Its an affordable option and great quality.

Aunque lo devolvi por incompatibilidad, es justo lo que necesito para otro equipo sin embargo ya tengo uno instalado...Tanto el envio como el producto fueron excelentes.

Lo compré para actualizar el ssd de mi macbook air de 128 gb que viene por defecto. Ahora tengo 1 tb de almacenamiento y sistema operativo Big Sur instalado.

Works like a charm, had no issues whatsoever.
