The seller delivered this item right on time, packaged just right. The remote control model Samsung brand, is the recommended replacement on the Samsung webpage. Its great, so much better than the original Samsung remote with the impossible buttons to operate, and anyway one of them was not working by the time I ordered this one. So much better.

Our new TV came with a new style remote. I prefer the old style and realized that our old one still works with the new tech. I was happy to get another one when the old was lost.
