Bought it for my mother-in-law. She enjoys it very much.

Its a tablet. Works fine unr0til it just decides to shut down and reboot out of the blue. Just suddenly locks up and about 30 seconds later it reboots. And it is a really slow reboot. Checked online about this and it is a known issue with no apparent fix. Annoying, but not devastating.

After extensive research, I opted to go with this tablet over the 2019 version for several reasons.

WILL NOT LOAD. Been fighting directly with Samsung since Christmas, sent it back to them twice. They finally agreed to a replacement - 5 months later!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Returning it scree. Was cracked when opened box and tried to plug in charger and it blew up in my face. I got electrocuted bc of cheap parts. Not happy.

Great everyday tablet with excellent battery life and sound. Its a little too large for reading or holding for a long time, but overall you get a lot for the price.

This is a great tablet that has an incredible picture and good sound. The tablet also can run multiple apps simultaneous with no problems.
