Bought this for the Nintendo switch. The console read the card at 480 not the 512 that it states. Got all my games on it so it took care of the card switching issue.

Needs formatting before use

Im not complaining that you dont actually get 512gb because thats just the way it is (when scientists and gifted geeks had a meeting and decided on this). I am actually recommending this MicroSD card because you get quality for your hard earned money. As long as what they send you is genuine. Look for the white border all around it. If its black, send it back!

The item is not genuine. Read and write speeds are so low that it basically doesnt work. Capacity is there but the card is useless.
