This adjustable stand is as worse as I have ever saw over the last decades. The reason is simple: manufacturer is working hard to save cost. But cost saving should not cause poor quality of the stand. The stand is ok to use as long as you don’t touch it. Samsung please look how Dell and HP design their adjustable stand. The worst problem is during installation: if you don’t pay attention, this stand can shoot up suddenly and may kill your face or eyes, I was lucky as my face was just a inch above where it shoots up.

The color and image quality is fine for the price. But things like extra ports, RGB profile support for photo work, and higher refresh rate make it stand out. Ive got two of these as side monitors and use them every day with no issues

Its not Retina quality, so you may want to splurge on quality over saving money. However, the adjustable stand is very easy to attach and use ... also extremely sturdy. This feature is almost as important as picture quality, especially with balls flying in the house.

El monitor llego com el embalaje en mal estado, no le preste atención porque funciono correctamente, sin embargo tras una semama de uso empezo aparecer luz de fondo, cosa que no ha pasado en 2 años de eso del monitor de la derecha.

Great quality, I especially like the stand and the many different height and angle adjustments available. It has Bluetooth and speakers, but I haven’t used either. I’m a WFH web developer, and this really helps me “Spread Out” while working on my laptop.

Easy set up, works well for data processing tasks. Not sure about gaming as I don’t use it for that. Simple set up, no speakers : mic included

I purchased this item as the price was low and I needed a monitor for another office. I use a CalDigit TS3 Thunderbolt Dock as I have the latest gen MacBook that only has thunderbolt connections. Upon opening the item, the product look decent, a quality on the cheap side, but I was gonna use this for work not for gaming or editing. I figure all I need to do is hot swap my other monitor for this business monitor by plugging in the DisplayPort cable and plugging the power cable for the monitor. I plugged my MacBook into the Thunderbolt Dock and nothing. I thought maybe it takes a while so I turned the monitor on and off, still didnt pick up anything. After 30 mins of trial and error, I accepted the fact that this monitor doesnt auto detect and I even tried HDMI, but with the same result, just a black screen. I tried plugging the monitor directly into another PC and the monitor worked ok, but I bought this monitor so I can have a monitor for my MacBook via thunderbolt dock. So if you are looking for a business monitor that can plug into a Thunderbolt Dock for a MacBook, THIS IS NOT THE MONITOR for you.

I have experienced the exact same problem as written in a previous review. For $200 plus and samsung brand I expected this to be a simple plug n play set up as stated in description above. Unfortunately, i wasted a ton of time thinking this was operator error. I spent time with the IT team from my work trying to fix remotely. Then finally brought it to the office for them to look at. they were unable to get it to work with a number of laptops & desktop computers. I am unable to get anything to work on it aside from the response check source device that comes up on the screen when I plug something in. I take my laptop to and from work daily. At work it plugs right into 2 additional screens and never has a problem. The packaging arrived in great condition and well packed. No visible damage anywhere. This incredibly frustrating I expect Samsung and Amazon to provide better quality for the price. I question the 4 star reviews. Nothing can be done I guess. Wasted $250
