The right earbud stopped workinf shortly after warranty would have been usable.

I purchased this product April 24th, 2020 and Worked great for the last 6 months. Well recently the left headphone started to not work correctly, (I guess this is an issue with these headphones) so I sent my headphones into Samsung to get repaired, and they emailed me back a few days later saying its gonna cost me $108. Im like WHAT??? this was bought on Amazon in the united states this should be a warranty issue how can this be a an international product? So then I came to learn that the buyer I bought from, and in my case the name was (BREED), but it said sold by amazon! Ha d purchased this product internationally and sold it in the U.S. so to end this story, be careful who you buying from on Amazon cause you may not have a warranty on your product!

These are my absolute favorite earbuds! The ambient sound feature is my favorite. Ive had other earbuds that would require you to take them out if someone was trying to have a conversation with you but with these turning that feature on takes away that need! The buds basically become a hearing aid. The sound is great with a good amount of bass. I recommend trying out the wing and ear tips to make sure it has a tight seal for the best audio quality. Battery life has been great and I like that these can be wirelessly charged as well. The touch sensitive pads allow you to control everything from the earbuds with no need to touch your phone.

the case battery isnt great, but its not bad. I have to turn off the headset and turn it back on for it to work when on the phone. Literally the ONLY downside.

I absolutely love these ear buds. I ordered the red pair and I would definitely buy them again. I love the fact that I can have my ear buds in and be able to hear everything around me.

Bought these for my mom. She says she liked them. Easy to use and connect. Her only issue is that she says they arent loud enough. I remember I played with them during the initial set up and I did feel like the sound was low based on the volume level. Played a song and it was clear. They were easy to set up and fit perfectly in my ear. I have the Bose version and they constantly fall out.

These buds are the best Ive ever owned. The ambient (outside) sound feature works great while walking my dog and you can adjust it with the Samsung Wear app to increase or decrease the outside noise (or turn it off altogether). The only feature I dont like is that they dont turn off automatically when you cease/sever the connectivity so the batteries continue to drain until you put them back in the case. The case is quite small and can fit in most pants/shorts pockets. The sound quality is amazing and rivals most on-ear or around-ear headphones. Once you adjust them to how you like then you can also use them with the programmed settings on your tablets (we successfully used them with oiler new Kindle Fire) and other bluetoot-enabled devices. The battery charge lasts a long time, as long as you put them back in the case after each use.

These earbuds are awesome. The sound is so clear and they are very comfortable.

I’m a person who likes loud music and edm. Has good beat and bass, my music sounds wonderful. Worth the price
