These are fantastic! Very comfortable, which is a big deal since I have such tiny ears.

Good for work

This is the second pair of buds I’ve purchased and both pairs resulted in the left bud not working after 10 months. The first pair was fixed under warranty with no issue. This second pair was approved for a warranty claim and then denied after they received it because they were purchased on Amazon. Samsung is claiming that Amazon is a third-party retailer, which they are not, therefore they will not honor the warranty. My purchase was sold by and shipped by Amazon, not a third-party retailer. I provided them with proof of purchase in the form of the Amazon receipt and all of the necessary serial numbers off of the box that I am holding in my hand as I’m typing this. After being put on hold for over an hour and transferred to a supervisor, I was transferred to tech-support who then hung up on me. I have finally learned my lesson and I will never purchase another Samsung product as long as I live. Worst customer service ever! What makes me more mad is that the supervisor on the phone told me that if I had purchased them from Walmart, everything would be fine. I fail to see why Walmart is any better than buying on Amazon from Amazon. Guess I won’t be purchasing any products like this on Amazon again either.

These earbuds are fantastic! They are authentic Samsung products, have potential for all day usage and sound pretty good. They dont have the most spectacular sound quality, but theyre far from bad! What really impressed me is the comfortability, I can easily wear these all day. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family.

These things are amazing. Im not a tech wizard by any means and these are easy to set up and use. Noice cancellation is awesome, and being able to use one at a time independent of each other is quite handy

If the call quality is important to you, then these are the best. I tried all Samsung buds, those are the only ones you can use for phone calls.

I bought these after watching several You Tube reviewers videos. I have a Google Pixel phone and the earbud work. Unfortunately the battery life on the case means I have to charge it every night after using the earbuds during the day and recharging the earbuds in the afternoon. The other problem I have is with the sound when they are in my ear. There is air that comes through into the ear making the music or phone calls difficult to hear. I tried all the ambient and no ambient sound and nothing worked. It feels like something is blowing air into my ears. For the price I expected better quality sound. I was not looking for noise cancelling I wanted ambient sound so I could hear sounds around me when walking or working. Turning up the volume doesnt help. The air sensation happens more often when walking outside especially when there is wind but occasionally when just standing still.

Love love love them live the way they charge easy to wear and the sound thing is awesome

The right side ear bud keeps plugging up. Apparently its a flaw. Have to use air compressor every now and then to blow the dirt out.
