The screen would black out and not work. I thought it was dead but when I charged it I felt the little vibration and also heard notifications come in on it. Frustrated I banged it and the screen lit up again. Though it continued to be a problem and eventually the screen never came back on. Didnt buy through Amazon got it through my wireless carrier.

Im going to write a short review. This is a great tablet. I was previously using a a 10 Amazon Fire Table (I have two of those). The 10 Fire tablets are so unresponsive, it drove me crazy. You click on the Kindle App, web browser and there would be a couple second delay. It was horrible. So I decided Id try this one, and Im not sorry one bit. Best decision. Plus the battery on the fire tablet would drain so fast from just sitting and not being used. I used to turn off the wifi to be able when I wouldnt use it so the battery wouldnt drain. No such problems with this tablet.

This tablet is lightweight, comfortable and has a great battery life. I love the great screen resolution.

These tablets are pretty good. The touch screen was just a hair clunky and never could get it to respond the way I wanted. Still ok but not like an apple. Another issue was the Wifi as it was not as receptive as other devices I have. Again it’s acceptable but expectations were higher. All in all the Samsung S6 for a few more dollars is the best for the money.

The tablet is sub par. Its price is too high for the product. When scrolling it flies back and forth, sometimes I have to tap hard on the screen to get it do something. Its slightly slow, I turned off animation in developer mode to speed it up. I cant find apps sometimes with using the search box. I have no idea where they are hiding. You have little control of the home pages anymore. When you add a auto add an app to the home page it creates a new window or frame or whatever its called. Disappointed in Samsung! The android OS is 9. And it sucks! They keep changing things, swipe sideways, no now up.........the android OS is getting worse not better. STOP fixing stuff, youre only making it worse. Oh how I wish for a Linux tablet! But I am cheap, because this stuff goes away after a couple years and then you need to spend another few hundred dollars on another tablet that sucks. Or buy an $800 tablet, which works great, then in two years buy another! Built in obsolescence! Getting sick of it! And worse part is as a techy I cannot upgrade it at all! Best thing to do going forward, buy a touch screen and build a micro computer to connect to it. This is what I am doing next. Poop on tablet companies!!!!!

I purchased this tablet in July 2020, put it in secure case and in March 2023 I place it in a standing position safely on a table and was watching YouTube videos, after 3 mins the screen dropped out leaving it hanging by a ribbon cable which quickly ripped out from the tablet frame and the screen fell to the ground shattering the screen with rest of the tablet still standing on the table.

Replaced my wifes five year old fire 7 tablet. This one works well. She is enjoying the larger screen. The resolution is lower than the 7 but so far she has had no complaints.

Ive had this tablet for 3 years now. And its really good. I can watch videos on 1440p, just need a strong Wi-Fi connection. But i watch everything in 1080p cuz it loads the vids faster and sometimes lags a lilttle with 1440p. Maybe not worth the $300 i paid for it, especially since it does not support quick charge. But if you can get the 4gb ram one around 225ish its worth it. I mess up and got the 3gb one.
