> 24 hourSo far, I am loving this Samsung Galaxy Tab a 10! Right out of the box, it looked very good; no scratches on the body or screen. About 60% battery life when I turned it on. Went right to set-up and it was super easy. I use this tablet for my Sunday School devotions. By doing so, I can reduce paper waste. I play games as well. The processor has been extremely fast and moves from screen to screen and file to file with no lagging. I havent downloaded any music files, but I have tested and the sound is great; turned on the Dolby and the sound is even better. Downloaded games and apps from the Google store. Downloads are fast with no lagging or pauses. It is the perfect size for me as I do not see as good as I once did LOL. For my purposes, I am super satisfied with the quality and performance. I was very pleased with the price and, so far, I would buy another from the same vendor. It was actually Amazon fulfilled and I have never had any concerns when ordering that way.

> 24 hourI use a phone / Tablet daily and this was such a great device ! . It did become slow over the years I had it but when I first got it and used it daily it worked for emails, web browsing and more . It was fast and the picture is beautiful . This one worked better than the new ones on the market now .

> 24 hourWell its a great entry level tablet, main advantage to other tablets is its price. Here is my review after 4 months of use.

> 24 hourMainly bought for my son as a Xmas present, but its a joint gift that we can both use. Love the extra parental controls on this device, and that it has the blue light switch off button for additional eye safety! Works as described, no issues with purchase or delivery... mostly its used for watching Sling TV or Netflix shows, or for playing downloaded games from the Playstore (which was one of the main reasons why I went with this over the Amazon Fire tablets). Its a great product and new enough to be able to continue getting software updates for the foreseeable future (many cheaper tablets have issues with that, Ive found), as well as having the capacity to run enough data loads simultaneously as needed (another issue I found reading reviews on other products). And I got great service, with a 2 year warranty, so overall very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to any new tablet buyers out there!

> 24 hourIts the best tablet Ive ever had. Its been with me for a month. No lags, no frezze, no resets. Ive used for netflix, social network and web browsing. Its been perfect for my needs. The 32gb 2gb is ok, i stored some downloades movies and my music. I still have more than half of memory empty.

> 24 hourThe tablet was fine for three months. I loved it, then I started getting this strange warning about moisture in the charging port and I couldnt get it to charge. I immediately contacted Amazon who told me to contact Samsung as it was under warranty. I did. Samsung had me send the tablet in to them and after six weeks they emailed me telling me that it couldnt be repaired because the part to fix it is unavailable. They offer an exchange and I agreed. I just wanted my tablet back because I like to read ebooks in bed and I hate reading on my phone. Fast forward over a week and I still dont have my tablet. It turns out, Samsungs service department wasnt fully honest when they told me they were sending the tablet right out to me. They had to get approval for the exchange and once they had that they would contact me sometime within ten business days following the approval. Okay, Im a bit angry over that and thought I had misunderstood, but I did have two witnesses listening in on the conversation who heard the same thing about the tablet being sent over a week ago so Im not completely insane.

> 24 hourIt was time to upgrade my sons 10 yr old hand me down device. I looked at the same brand since that one served us well, but they were too much money, if he were to spill juice on it or whatever. He just needed something to watch his videos on and play some games. I didn’t want to go with a refurbished, as I’ve never had luck with them, and while the lower quality brands were more economical, I wanted something I knew would would run well and last more than a year or so before the software crashed.
