Greater than one weekWe bought this tablet as an upgrade for the model before and it is just a slow as the previous one, which was the whole reason we bought a new one. It takes FOREVER for anything to load. Very frustrating and unfortunately passed the return date.

23-11-2024Im new to this product (or ANY tablet), so Im not familiar with it entirely yet. I do NOT like the incessant and almost-constant ads interferring with what Im trying to do. Thats Samsung, I guess.

> 3 dayThe tablet they gave has a huge scratch and is very very old model. The tablet worked perfectly for some couple of days and then stopped working altogether . Poor poor quality

20-11-2024I have had it less than a year and there are already half a dozen dead pixels on the screen. Also has issues disconnecting to my WIFI all the time.
