    Love how light it is compared to the older model I have. Very fast processor and awesome screen, colors are nicely done. I do everything on this tablet instead of my cell phone. They Wifi card reaches a long way from my house which is a plus. You wont go wrong buying this product.

    I love Samsung tablets, but the one I bought is a lemon. This device has a faulty touchscreen. I have the sensitivity set to Max, and it still barely responds to touch. You have to tap it 6 or 7 times to get a response.

    I bought this device in may 2021 and in july 2021 the device charging point got bad. I have sent messsages twice to the aeller via amazon but no response. Its unacceptable. I wont recommend

    Tablet will not charge. It was a gift for my 6 year old daughters birthday but I will have to replace with a new one. Refurbished items always concerns me and this is why.

    This item is giving trouble right out the box when I make calls via zoom or Skype no one is hearing me. I bought this for my granddaughter zoom class and the teacher is not able to hear her when she talks. This is so disappointing.
