> 3 dayThis Tab A7 replaced an old 10 inch Asus MEMOPAD with an Intel Atom processor. This new Samsung tablet is noticeably slower at opening some apps and doing some tasks. Not horribly, but just enough to notice. It was a gift for a light user who will use it to listen to check e-mail, listen to music, and watch streaming video. It does these tasks quite well, and this user will never notice the slight lag I noticed while setting it up. The screen is also lovely, as per usual for Samsung, and battery life should be great. However, if you are a power user/gamer, get the Galaxy Tab S7 instead of this. The processing power will serve you better for gaming or productivity use, and side-by-side, you will notice the difference in the processing power if you game, create media, or do a lot of productivity tasks.

> 3 dayI mainly use this for reading books and comics, plus streaming 1080p shows. Great screen quality + colors, touch screen is responsive. I can typically use for 10 hours of reading (if offline/airplane mode) or ~6-7 hours if Im using wifi or streaming. Occasionally the touch screen takes a couple of seconds to respond when unlocking, but havent had any issues while the device is unlocked / in active use. Overall great quality for the price. Ive tried a couple of games as well and have had mixed results, older games tend to run well enough, while newer games can run a bit slowly. If looking to play 3d or newer games, would recommend a more powerful tablet.

> 3 dayTablet stopped working 2/14/23 return on tablet was up 1/31/23. Guess I paid for a defective item. I know how to reset the tablet. Let’s hope the one I gave as a Christmas present holds up longer than mine
