I love this tablet. I just wish it accepted bigger sd cards. I have a 264gb and it says it does not support it. It only supports 64gb and below.

The colors and sound are great.

I was looking for a device that gave me more viewable screen area than my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone, but was a bit more convenient to use than my laptop, and could be used to play DVDs. Saw this one, price was acceptable, and online reviews tended toward positive. So...ordered this, a case, and a portable DVD player. Shipping was mildly worrisome, but was able to determine shipping delay was most likely due to inclement weather. Arrived in good shape, battery was at 52% charge, so I plugged it in and configured it to use local WiFi. Other than normal teething pains (screen can be unusually sensitive at times, and almost unresponsive at others, tends to change based on whether my hands are wet or not) it does everything I ask of it. Plays DVDs (still working on getting past DRM) well, works nicely on social media. Only real issue is that a stock wall charger will take over 4 hours to bring the battery to full charge, and even with a 15 watt fast charger its reported to take upwards of 3 hours to charge. That said, itll handle 6+ hours of use on battery power alone, so a minor complaint at most. Overall, well pleased with the unit.

Bought this tablet for my wife. She LOVES it! If shes happy, Im happy!

Very frustrating Had a great cover on it and it still stopped working after 14 months.

I bought this for the wife and got a bad one from the get go. I let her deal with techs over the phone and they finally gave up and said its no good. Sent back and got a replacement before they acknowledged my return. 2nd one seems to work fine.
