This is a nice tablet, but it has the same memory as my last Samsung tablet, which is 10 years old. After 10 years, they couldnt at least double the memory??? All I can really use this for is for my Kindle books. Its not possible to have music, more than one email ID, even just one TV app on it at the same time.

I disliked the fact that this is a wifi only tab. I had bought this for my son as a birthday present and i am so disappointed that there is no space for a sim card. We typically use it when we are outside. Wish there was something that could be done about this.

After 6 months, the charging port needs to be replaced, plus the battery life has become terrible. Its a shame that Samsung is one of the few reputable makers of this type of product because the product is awful. Dont waste your money.

I purchased this item a few months ago to replace my Amazon Fire 8 tablet. I like the 10.4 better than the 8 inch screen. The Samsung has a couple of issues that wont go away. One issue is that, intermittently, when I open an email or a folder the screen comes up black and might tell me it cant sync and to try later, or just stay blank. It usually works if I restart, which is undesirable. This *might* be because of an Internet WiFi problem I sometimes have (being lower budget) but it ONLY affects the Samsung tablet and its every day. Another issue is when I turn the tablet on it often takes quite a bit of time to receive and show me any new emails that came in since I last had it on. The Fire never did that. Another small nuisance I find is the position of the headphone jack. Other than that Im using it every day and getting things done but the next one will have to be better.

After two weeks my daughter dropped this thing on our carpeted floor (it was in a case) and the screen cracked. Would have thought the screen glass would have held up better than that from a height of barely 3 feet high. Get a screen protector for it if you buy this Tablet.

Battery life was a little sketchy, but after charging a few times its been great

For a budget phone, it works great and I have 0 complaints. Runs smoothly while gaming
