I have not had a tablet in a number of years. This one was reasonably priced. It’s a bit heavier than I expected it to be. But it’s working fine for me and I’m glad I purchased it.

Just got my tablet. 29% battery & imagine my surprise when I go to charge it & the charger doesnt fit! How does this happen? Is it just the charger or both the charger & the tablet? Nothing I love more than wasting my time and money.

This product keeps freezing. I am very dissatisfy with this product. From day one it is giving problems. All I am seeing now is SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A7 Secured by Knox. it has been like that for the past 24 hours. I tried powering it off. Nothing is happening.. The screen is also hot. What am I to do. I purchased it just a few months ago

I bought this for my step father and he absolutely loved it. He has a Samsung phone so that helped with syncing all of his info to the tablet. The screen is a little dim in my opinion but the tablet is still very functional, and could maybe only be an issue if you were planning to use it outdoors.

The quality is excellent and the children love this product. Its the best.

Tablet will not accept pin code to unlock screen. I have NEVER had this problem with any devices, not even the cheap ones. Seems this problem is not unique. If you have to buy this tablet DO NOT SET A SCREEN UNLOCK or power on unlock. According to Samsung some apps downloaded from Google will make so it that you cannot unlock the tablet???? I am returning the tablet. I called Samsung and I have to wait until the battery drains completely and then charge it a few seconds, then go through the power off factory reset because this tabled wont let you power off without a pin code, you know the one that doesnt work
