When I discovered that my laptops had all gone to the great Radio Shack in the sky, I knew I needed a cheap alternative. This tablet got me back into the game. I recommend getting a Bluetooth keyboard, a stylus, a screen protector, and a book cover style case to complete the Android laptop alternative.

The tablet itself is fine, but the product details say you get a 6 month free trial to Spotify Premium. I have never had Spotify so I thought it would be a good time to give it a try. I tried for hours to get it set up but it would only allow one week free. I called Spotify, Samsung and Amazon and NONE of them took responsibility for the offer. Thats not right and frankly, its false advertising.

The SM500 is a 10.4 screen close version of my Moto phone, wifi only, no LTE. See photos. It has no vibrator or fingerprint reader, but has face recognition works best in lighting you can read by. Even if the T500 is faster by benchmarks, its lags a touch when switching from app to app vs smooth transition of the Moto phone.

La tablet es muy facil de usar y buena. No es una tablet con mucha capacidad de memoria ni para proyectos complejos pero es muy util para el hogar y funciones simples. Era lo que estaba buscando, todo lo otro lo hago en la pc.

Jury is out. Battery seems to last for two days-of non use.
