This was the perfect tablet for my 6 year old son who likes to steal my wifes tab S6 It was a little nicer than his old tab A. keeps him doing his school work and entertained.

Im a huge Samsung fan, but this product was a huge disappointment. I was looking to upgrade my Samsung Tab S2, which has a 4:3 ratio screen and a sharp AMOLED display, with the A7. Here are the issues:

Not too big, not too small! And yes, it’s fast! Does everything I want it to do! I recommend!

Love the size, easy set-up transferring from an early Samsung tablet model.

I know that its not one of the best tablets but its still good enough for me I have had it for a month already and its still perfect

WiFi does not connect all properly to all WiFi routers. Known issue that Samsung is aware of but offers no solutions other then keep Powering the tablet off then back on and hope it connects.

I purchased this refurbished and it arrived like brand new.

The device is not compatible with the Verizon network, as advertised. I have spent an hour on the phone with Verizon support, they have been given the SIM/ICCID number as well as the IMEI number, but they get the same error each time: Device not compatible. There doesnt seem to be a way to contact the seller directly, the support buttons just lead to Amazon support, and it simply leads to the return page. Its a brand new, sealed tablet with a preinstalled sim card that boots to a Verizon welcome screen, and yet cant connect to the Verizon network. Some seller support would be great.

This tablet is so slow I fell like i am using dial up internet and mine is fine, Took 4 hours to transfer info from my phone. Keyboard sucks, have to push hard to use.
