I purchased this tablet for traveling and I have not been disappointed. The streaming of movies went smoothly. This product is as they claim and I am happy with it.

Ive had several Galaxy tablets in the past with no problems but on this one, the power button has quit after just over six months. Im hoping to find a place that can fix it, but my main complaint is Samsungs lack of customer service. I went online and sent an email for help and they told me to look for a service area near me. Not much help. Then they wanted me to review their customer service. Really?

I have this tablet for exact 5 days and its already having issues with 2 of its 3 physical buttons. The power and the volume down button are not working. I cant even restart it because the power button isnt working. Because there was an update, I was able to force a restart by updating it. Lets see what happens once it finishes the update. I might need to return it and choose a different tablet, most likely a non-Samsung one. Its also heavy for its size (its heavier than the iPad Pro 11, which is larger than this Samsung one). Not impressed, but you get what you pay for, right?!

It was obviously refurbed, as it came with other users sign ins for apps like Netflix, etc. but for the price and condition, which was pristine, I cant offer any complaints than I know it was previously owned.

We are an Android family. We are a Samsung family. We have Samsung smart phones, and watches, so when my wifes old iPad finally gave up the ghost, I asked her if it would be OK to replace it with a Galaxy tablet, which made sense to me. We are both retired so I searched for a tablet that fit our budget and at the same time would fit her needs. She mainly streams and saves recipes, so I purchased the 128 GB model since it also included the 4 GB RAM, instead of 3 GB. What a tablet. The screen is bright, the sound with the quad speakers is fantastic, and it is quick. I have yet to set it up so she can make, and receive phone calls on it, which I think she will like.

I did a lot of research before buying this tablet and decided on this one due to so many saying the audio was great. I have hearing loss so this was important to me. I can listen to audio books again so I am very happy with this tablet. I was able to transfer my files easily and have no complaints at all. The screen is clear and responsive.

Screen resolution is not as crisp as some of the more expensive Samsung tablets, but at the price point that is to be expected. Size and form factor are both fine for a daily use tablet and, particularly at the price point, it is a good general purpose tablet.

It isnt a high end tablet or meant to be. What I needed it for, it does very well, and I love it!
