Love Samsung products. This is my 3rd tablet. Each was better than the 1st. Everyday use and some games.

I hope the S pen will be useful to him as he loves to draw and play with images. Hopefully this will be a help to him. If not l know he can always use more memory for school etc.. ha ha

I am an aerospace engineering major and have always used pencil and paper for studying but I finally bought a tablet for notes and it makes organizing everything 10 times easier. The tablet itself is decent for watching videos and movies on and never really lags when doing a bunch of stuff on it at the same time.

Exatcly what i wanted.

I had an old Galaxy 3 and chose this for an upgrade. Im very pleased with it. There is a good app to migrate data from an old google device to this one. I do have a couple of recommendations. First, make sure you know your Google user id and password so setup will be easy. Second, this is too large to be comfortable hold and operate with one hand. Go ahead and buy protection case with a hand strap on the back. I ordered a Timecity case from Amazon an am pleases with it. Also note that there is no headphone jack on this device. You can buy an adapter that will allow you to plug your headphones into the charger port.

Had a competing brand of tablet that was equivalent in hardware. The system software on the competitor tablet has had bugs for months. Would not connect some of my devices to Bluetooth, gestures did not work, and Nova launcher did not work properly, supposed to update to Android 12 in May 22 but has not updated as of November 22. Sold it at a major loss on Facebook marketplace to buy this one.

Like something I have 2! Ive tried so many tablets. Expensive and cheap. I use mine everyday has held up great.
