Great tablet and good price.

Honestly I was hesitant since refurbished items dont have the best reputation, but this one changed my mind. I was looking for a tablet that could help my for note taking and this one seemed good yet the price wasnt my best option. I found this combo on amazon and it had some bad ratings in pictures so I was hesitant. Finally I jumped the gun and bought it, it just arrived in PERFECT condition.

Amazing tablet! Bang for your buck for sure. 10/5 stars! I love it! Autodesk sketchbook is my drawing app of choice and works great! Going to be able to take art commissions, hopefully!

I purchased this tablet and it was locked with a pattern unlock. I looked up how to reset to factory settings and had to wait for the battery to drain out before I could use the reset device. It finally drained on 4/26/2021. When I reset the tablet it now wants the google account associated to it before it can be reset! Wouldnt you know that the return date has past so I can no longer return it. Now I am stuck with a tablet I cannot use and out the money I paid for it. I will never by a refurbished item again.

I love this tablet. I am an artist so I wanted something to draw on, I wanted the I pad and apple pencil for so long, but I couldnt justify the price. I love the magnetic pen feature, the size of the screen, and the customization abilities this tablet has. For something this price it is worth every penny.

I purchased this product for the purpose of online schooling for my child. The product was defective and Amazon representatives were of little to.no help....THIS IS VERY UNFAIR...DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT...IT DOES NOT LAST LONGER THAN THE RED HOUSE FIREEEE!!!!

Used instead of using the large desktop. This is my 3rd Samsung tablet and is terrible. I regret having purchased this. I have been very sick and became so right after I received my tablet so unable to set it up and when I did have a few good days I found myself very stressed out and still am unable to use it and need help. I was told I COULD get help, but havent received any and unable to use the tablet. I would like to return it for a better model. Any way I can be helped????
