After a month or two of use I had a problem with the screen going black and unresponsive for a few minutes. This was an intermittent problem and quite annoying. The seller without question replaced the tablet and even paid for shipping. Thank you for making this easy.

Amazingly great quality and looks and operates as new quality. Would never know its refurbished. Great item!

I purchased on 3/8, printing return receipt not 30 days later. Freezes constantly and then crashes. I really liked this tablet and wanted it to work but unfortunately it does not.

This is a 32-bit os. There are several applications that I use that will not function on a 32-bit OS. I did not say anywhere in any of the descriptions from the Amazon link that it was only 32 bit.

I love it. I literally take it everywhere with me. It convenient and extremely useful worth every penny.

The tablet is just like new. Even the accessories were new. Only way to go!

I am writing this short review. tablet was everything I wanted. good screen big very nice resolution. However the most important important Item was not in the box. the S-Pen. The most important Item I needed. I wanted to write on the tablet and save notes and storys. S-pen was not included. so I am returning the tablet.

This is sold by a third party and the firmware will not allow me to factory reset the device.
