This tablet exceeded my expectations in almost every thing except for the camera. The screen is gorgeous, the battery life is so long and lasts much longer than my note 9 phone, and the quality of this tablet is just incredible. It lasts for a very long time while streaming, going on apps, surfing google, online shopping/browsing, playing games, and etc. I didnt find it as big of an issue as most did with to many apps not working for the tablets size. The apps I use daily work great with the tablet and fit the screen well. I didnt find an issue with it being to heavy and I am not one to handle heavy lifting well. I didnt find it that awkward to hold like some reviews said. I have yet to get a screen protector and its still in perfect shape. The screen isnt overly fragile. Its a tablet, so just be careful as you would with anything valuable. The seller was very helpful in getting it here fast for my boyfriends birthday! I was scared of ordering it online from anyone but it turned out great. I worried for nothing. My boyfriend and I both love it. He shares it with me since I never had a tablet and use my phone like one.

I bought the S8 (I liked the smaller size) and that it will be getting security updates longer than the S7. But the main use is for streaming and the difference between the S7+ OLED and the S8 TFT is SUBSTANTIAL in Dark Scenes and there are a surprising number of dark scenes in movies. YouTube videos would be fine, etc. but movies and TV shows really demand a superb screen and the S7+ brings it. (I got the S7+ for LESS than the s8 during Amazon Prime days so it was a no brainer. The s8+ was beyond my price limit.)

Perfect for drawing, this is what we needed them for. In love with these tablets. Only charging cable could be longer but we can live with it ;)

Im currently a pre-med student and I decided that it would be convenient to start taking my notes digitally instead of on notebooks. My brother bought the iPad Pro 5th gen and its obviously a great tablet. However, I would say, like many others, that the Samsung Galaxy S7+ is the best tablet for notetaking right now. Its much more accurate than writing on the iPad Pro due to the rubber and much smaller tip of the S Pen (I also prefer the slimmer profile of the S Pen). The notetaking app by Samsung, Samsung Notes, is in my opinion at the very least one of the top 3 notetaking apps you can have. I can achieve handwriting almost as good as when Im writing on paper; I would recommend zooming in to 170% or using the zoom box feature. It has so many options with such a simple interface. Im currently using the INFILAND Multi-Angle Business Cover Folio and the Benazcap screen protector with this tablet; I highly recommend both of these products. Im also using the SPARIN Tablet Keyboard. When I take notes, I like having my tablet laying with a slight incline, as if Im writing on a paper. When I used the Samsung Book Cover Keyboard, my arm would be resting on top of the keyboard when notetaking which was obviously very inconvenient. I didnt want to constantly alternate between connecting and disconnecting the keyboard part of the Samsung Book Cover Keyboard whilst taking notes. Having a wireless keyboard such as the SPARIN Tablet Keyboard is much more convenient since Im still able to use a keyboard without it being stuck to the tablet. You save a lot of money using the case and keyboard I mentioned instead of buying the Samsung Book Cover Keyboard, as well as this setup being straight up better in my opinion. I hope this review was able to help someone!

Honestly kind of disappointed by the tablet. It really pretty but you could neve hold it in one hand. the bezel is just too small and the backing is too slippery for you to hold onto it. So I got a case..... which they all suck including the Samsung keyboard one as they do nothing to address the bezel issue. There is no palm rejection so god forbid you thumb slips onto the screen. If that happens none of your inputs with your fingers register. The aspect ratio of the screen actually makes it pretty small in comparison to other tablets in the same price point to the point that it almost feels un-natural to take nots one because its the same height (or similar too) as a piece of paper but narrower by like 1.5 which does make a big difference with how it feels .Great sound. Utterly fantastic screen in terms of resolution and refresh rate. Like its beautiful, great colors but just not big enough. Apps are meh as to be expected from a tablet with android and the os is a year behind standard android which is weird to me.

I lowerred my rating from 3 to 1. This is the second Samsung tablet that has failed on me. The interface is working but the battery will not charge. I am not buying Samsung again. Paying for a fast chip but getting poor quality build. Here was my earlier review: I have had my S7 for several months. In general it works well. My crticism is about the quality and design of the body, the battery life, and samsungs bloatwear, lack of user control of memory draining apps and the stability of the os. In order, the body is uncomfortable to hold for gaming because of the sharp edges. The quality of the body is questionable since mine has taken on a warp. The battery will not last a single day of use. I have gotten an app killer to deal with the many apps that i did not launch and do not use which run in the background. I cannot prevent many of samsungs apps from running such as the Bixby family of apps, nor get rid of samsungs bloatware and unwanted services. The extras affect processing speeds and eat up valuable drive space. Please samsung allow us to turn off all the unwanted apps and contol all prveleges not just some. Lastly the os freaks out sometimes randomly opening and closing apps or systems windows with manic rapidity, as if somewone was opening anb closing apps rapidly. In this state the power botton and restart botton are unresponsive. I have to click on them multiple times between windows popping up. The side power botton is rarely reliable for powering down the tablet. For all these reasons i can only give this 3 stars.
