> 3 dayIt has face and fingerprint unlock but requires PIN code an unreasonable amount of times throughout the day. Very annoying.

> 3 dayShopping from Australia you send an American charging cord and its wi fi only? Not good from Australian point of view! And the Tablet itself is heavier and thicker than my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 that is about ten years old! What the hell! Which company thinks thats progress?

> 3 dayI rated this a 2 because of Bixby I just wasted and hour trying to figure out how to get rid of it. It is horrible of samsung to force it on the tablet with no choice if you want it or not. It is almost impossible to get rid of or at least disable so you can turn power off. Very mad. I want it off my tablet. Also it is beyond belief that with a tablet that cost this much doesnt have a written user manual included. A download makes it hard to do anything on the tablet that you need help with at the time. Very disappointed and Mad. Thinking about returning and getting a microsoft surface. Should have gone with first instinct. Next time I will.

> 3 dayTakes well over 12 hours to charge and you cannot keep the tablet charged while continue using it as it can keep up. Dont buy it

> 3 dayBeing that it is a tablet you are stuck with Android which is a total pain to use. You have to download a thousand apps and the Android features must be set up and then they dont work as you expect. (I am a computer engineer). I understand why it exists but it hasnt improved much since whenever it was adopted for smart phones. It is literally an operating system that leaves you with one arm tied behind your back. Slow, clunky, not refined, too many changes from version to version with almost no backward compatability to be able to upgrade older devices to newer Android versions. Not sure of the answer but it seems like almost anything would be better.
