Added samsung 8gb ram for my acer nitro laptop. Had only 8gb when I bought my laptop. Im rocking 16gb for ram now and happy with performance.

If you were wondering if you could mix memory stick sizes, you can. I had 4 GB originally and only two memory slots. I didnt want to add 4 and have to throw the memory away if I later found out that adding another 4 was not enough. I went for an 8 GB stick and installed it where the 4 was (I remember reading somewhere that the larger memory should be in the first slot). Then reinstalled the factor provided 4 GB in the second slot. The computer immediately recognized all 12 GB and works fine. Worthwhile addition!

This RAM is a perfect fit for my MSI GL65. Same part number and everything. It seems to be an exact match and it works like a champ! After install my machine now shows 16GB of RAM and CPU-Z shows it is running at the full 2666mhz speed as the original RAM.

This added RAM memory made a huge difference in our painfully slow All-in-One PC. We purchased the PC during the pandemic for our kids. There were not many choices for a computer; therefore, purchased the first computer within our price range. The computer was slow, our old laptop was a lot faster. I finally decided to purchase the additional RAM memory and it worked like a champ. The programs run a lot faster and smoother. It was super easy to install as well.

Upgraded from 4 to 16 GB on this model.

I cant really do any benchmarks on this, but its working great on my HP Elitebook 820 G3. Its work laptop and i was desperately in need of a memory upgrade due to really stressing my laptop for work. Kept running out of memory, forcing me to close apps so that I could run docker. Problem went away. Original Samsung chipset. Dropped it, powered back up and back to business.
