Purchased 2 cards for dash cam in Oct 2018. Still working fine. No problems sofar. Will increase to 5 stars, if it outlasts one year!

Great read and write speed for dash cams that are constantly being overwritten. Definitely worth it to spend a few extra dollars for this memory card, than using a lesser quality memory card and risk having corrupted data.

Dislike

Ive been using SD cards for years in high end camera and music players and never had a card fail, even after years of heavy use. I bought this Samsung SD Card In April 2020 and in July 2020, it totally failed. All contents were lost and the card could not be re-formatted or recognized in any device. Its useless. As usual, the card failed after Amazons 30 day return period.

I use this for a 4k Viofo Dashcam, the memory handles the larger files very nice. Would recommend this to people looking for video recording.

This SAMSUNG PRO Endurance 256GB MicroSDXC Memory Card is designed for and optimized for high durability / many rewrites for video recording and storage. So, its ideal for dash cams, body cams, and security cameras, because its geared to those uses and not to being as fast to read/write as possible.

I bought this for a Blackvue dashcam having used similar before without issues however the dashcam shut down or acted eratically so I tested the original (smaller) suppled uSD card and it was fine. Because this was substantially cheaper than the blackvue uSD card it was worth trying but unfortunately does not work reliably. Im assuming endurance meant number of write cycles and Im sure it would be fine for other applications.
