> 24 hourThe stand will never be able to hold the screen in place. It is a design flaw. So the screen either has to sit at it’s highest angle or drop to it’s lowest angle. It will not support the weight of the screen. If I did not need it now I would return it. I had to a little close an external hard drive under it to stop it from dropping. Bad design.

> 24 hourThere was only one HDMI port. The monitor goes black every few seconds and then turns back on. Totally frustrating. Have tried every fix I have found online without success. Samsung is no help. Wish I had returned product.

> 24 hourSummary All in all this monitor is a pretty great buy at sale price. Although I can’t say I’d recommend it a full pop. The lack of a headphone port leaves something to be desired. The picture is great for simple console gaming and basic productivity, but if you’re expecting ANYTHING more than that look somewhere else. Build quality At first glance the monitor looks like a solid piece of gear. Upon closer inspection the plastic-y feel definitely shows itself as you handle it. For a screen that’s simply sitting on the desk it’s fine, but if you’re like me and change your setup often the build quality could be better. Picture As with most 1080p monitors the picture on this thing looks fine. I would NOT recommend this for intense workloads like video colour correction or graphic design. Since I’m just using this to game simply on console I have no issues with the colour gamut and brightness that this can put out. If you’re expecting YouTube quality 1080p then this is fine. If you’re expecting more than that. Look elsewhere. No Audio?! I was fully aware that that this unit had no built in speakers. I wouldn’t expect that for the price it’s at. However, I did expect it to have at least a headphone out to link up with some external speakers. Even my older Asus 24” from 2009 had one. A bit of a disappointment in this area for sure. Minus one star for that.

> 24 hourI have an hp monitor and decided to get this one for the price and the respected fame Samsung has when it comes to panels. I got to say that this is so good despite being 1080p, the image somehow seems more neat than my hp monitor and they both have the same resolution. There are two things that bother me bout this monitor. One is the fact that it only has one hdmi which made me buy a splitter and the second is that this monitor when goes to sleep has a blue light that blinks ALWAYS. I have to turn off the monitor for the light to go away which is not good because if I turn on the devices connected to it I would have to also turn on the monitor. My hp monitor has a white light that goes away when the monitor is asleep and I dont have to turn it off and on when I have to use it.
