> 24 hourGave this to my picky brother for his birthday. He started combing his beard immediately and continued to comb it for about 30 minutes straight - we were at a restaurant! He was super pleased and his girlfriend loved the smell it left in his beard. Two Thumbs UP!

> 24 hourI grew a (first) beard after shoulder surgery made me lose the use of my right (shaving) arm for 6 months. I tried any number of simple plastic combs, but they didnt do much good. This sturdy comb made of sandalwood (in a convenient leather case) really fit the bill. Really useful grooming aid.

> 24 hourSmooth, straight teeth, so far the only problem is that everyone now keeps stealing my comb.

> 24 hourTop-notch craftsmanship & feel! The sandalwood helps spread natural oils around my bear/mustache, keeping it healthy! I also think the sandalwood smells really nice. No pulled/snagged hairs or static like you get from plastic combs. I highly recommend this product and plan on purchasing a few more as gifts!

> 24 hourI see several combs here on Amazon that look identical to this one. There are also some YouTube videos that show different brands too, but they all look the same. Not sure what this means. Maybe there are one or two manufacturers of this comb design, and multiple labels. Regardless, I cant knock the Striking Viking comb because it really is a nice bit of work. The wood is glossy smooth, and lightly scented. If feels great sliding through my beard. The case is OK to and should generally help keep the comb clean and undamaged. Unlike some of the other reviews, the comb I received has two very distinct tooth sizes. One side is quite fine, and the other sort of a medium coarse. They fine side has approximately half the tooth spacing as does the coarse size. Its a bit heavier than I want to carry, but it makes a great desk comb.

> 24 hourOver a year and a half still going strong. Prior to this I was skeptical of the articles saying not to use a plastic comb and go wood. I can honestly say theyre right. Theres a huge difference in how easy this comb is on my beard vs a plastic comb being harsh. You definitely need this comb for a longer beard. I will say to be careful with the finer tines. Its realistically a thin piece of wood, be careful and dont try bending them too much and itll last quite a while. The sandalwood scent was very nice, not overly strong. Also Ive just recently switched to their sandalwood beard balm and highly recommend that also.
