I want to return this but I think I let the time lapse on this Shame on me. It wants me to pay for an upgrade. What!! I bought it to put stuff on it not to have to buy something else. It wont sync with my other PCs. Junk!!! Shame on me!!

Just stick it on the back of my computer and I can do backups or save pictures anytime. I didnt rate tech support as I didnt need any. Just plug it in and it words.

Great storage drive. Solid state, no moving parts and lightweight.

Ive bought a number of these over time and they work well with my video recorder. They usually come in a regular small box, easily opened and easily retrieved. This one came on a large cardboard card, covered with an impenetrable plastic bubble blister pack. The plastic was very hard and tough, being very difficult to cut with a Swiss Army knife. It was molded so tightly to the product that it was difficult even to slip the knife between the cardboard and the product. I feel fortunate to have ended up cutting only one finger.

Where is the other 79 GB of storage that was supposed to be available on this SSD device? I feel like i was scammed and misled to think i was getting a whole TB of storage. I think that this would be a good example of false advertising. SanDisk should market/advertise it for what it actually is a 931GB external SSD device. If you dont mind getting way less GB of storage than you think you will be getting and paying for get it. Other than that this product has worked great. SanDisk was not truthful and 79 GBs is significant, otherwise i would give more than 1 star.

I like that it has so much memory and takes up so little space. I am currently transitioning from a PC to a Mac mini and it doesn’t have the necessary space. My son is doing he transfer of material for me when he comes to visit. I have had other SanDisc devices and have always been satisfied.
