I got this to allow me to transport video from my various devices and locations. The upload and download speeds are fantastic and the time saved versus using a standard portable hard drive is significant. Its compact and easy to carry in your pocket and because its a SSD you dont have to worry about shaking it like you do a standard hard drive.

I use sanDisk for all my photography and video. I edit right off this so there is no storage space being eaten up on my iMac. The speed is fast enough for editing right from this. I have one for editing video, one for editing audio for Logic Pro and one to run backups on. These are great drives....pricey but worth it. They are small, perfect size.

If you have a iPad Pro than this SSD is a must. Fast read and write speeds, for transferring files and a easy way to free up my iPad.

I didnt look at the dimension specs when I ordered it, so I was surprised that it was SO much smaller than previous SSDs that Ive had. It works great though!

Perfect ,, smaller than the image, i like the size , its light and fast In speed.

Whatever you do, this is the one to get. Carry very important information with this little device.

This is an incredibly fast drive. It easily performs to the benchmarks I saw on review sties.

This piece of .... wait this is the sandisk review. This is the best damn computer product I’ve ever bought. It amazed me with how fast it can handle transfers. Makes you want to keep feeding it with files to transfer but that’s the thing. All transfers are complete. This is probably sandisk’s best product ever. As far as I’m concerned at least.

I own a MacBook Pro with the 256GB SSD built in (I know that I should have bought a bigger SSD) and with photography and video work I quickly run out of HD space so the search for a external HD began.

Works just fine.
