Bought this for my Hero 5 Black and the performance is noticeably better than the card Ive been using (generic 32MB). Negative reviews claiming this is deceptive do not represent the performance or compatibility of the card. Manufacturers often improve devices and supplant older versions. Go Pro verified this card is supported fully. V30 is not a model number, it is a speed rating. This card is 100% compatible and works like a charm. Not deceptive in any way.

I received the product pictured/described. No complaints and everything works fine. Using in a new Nintendo 3ds. Probably more storage than needed for that application.
