I love buying from Amazon direct. Had a problem with one of the thumb drives. Called Amazon, no problem they expedited a new one in exchange in no time. The return process is very easy and convenient by using a local UPS store. Thank you!

bought this for the security/encryption feature...only to find out the software is rather limited, in order to upgrade you have to pay $15 more to a different company based in the neatherlands that requires you to setup an account (I dont want to give you my data!) as well as only accepts Visa/Mastercard (limited options means the company likely wont be around very long) in order to email you a different software package and license. If I wanted to buy a USB drive and then pay another company for software I wouldnt have purchased this drive. Very misleading - stay away!

Backups fast, just the right size to backup smaller files.

I have several of these and they have not failed me yet. The product that arrived was exactly what the printed description said it was, however the photo of the product in the add is a bit misleading, I had to triple check the written specifications to be sure that I was getting what I wanted
