One great thing that distinguishes SanDisk from other USB drives is that each one comes with a piece of software that allows you to password-protect the content and protect it with 128 bit AES encryption. Its and optional feature that can be easily activated with a custom password.

Used this for backup storage of a new Dell Windows 10 gaming PC. Worked via USB 3.1 without any issues.
