Greater than one weekEasy to install on the Mayflash Stick F300. Make sure you get the adapter between the stick and the board, should be in the recommendations for this item. Also I ordered the eight sided gate for the stick, I found out that in the mayflash F300 box, there was all ready one in there (months after I bought the eight sided gate) So.. heads up!

> 3 dayGreat quality all around but the posting for this item makes it seem like it comes with the female to female harness you need for the mayflash f500 but in order to use the harness provided youd have to sauder the other end into the pcb

> 3 dayJoystick is great especially with a octagonal limiter, but the buttons are a bit weird for my taste but they have good build quality.

> 3 dayTheyre legit Sanwa, but as others have complained the buttons were cramped into this small box with the joy stick and they came scratched as a result.. disappointing..

> 3 dayUnfortunately when I installed it; only Right control responded, went to disassemble it, noticed there was a lot of paste in each quadrant

> 3 daySanwa make the best that money can buy, and these are the top of the line. An absolute joy to use, to work with and to look at. Consider the 8-way octagonal plate if you are a fighting game fan. The stock 8way square plate is nice too, but the octagon is even better.

> 3 dayI was first tipped off when the parts didnt fit in the standard hole size. On further inspection, I realized that these arent actually Sanwa parts. Sanwa parts made in Japan, but the packaging says theyre made in China.

> 3 dayOrder a separate 5 pin connector. The one that comes with is only has one side with quick connector. It shows that on the pictures of what you’re buying but for those that have never modded a joystick before you won’t realize you need it until you have everything apart. 4 stars otherwise would have given 5 since they look great and came nicely packaged.

> 3 dayThe stick has a short throw, which combined with a responsive clickiness provides a great and competitive arcade feel and experience. The buttons take some getting used to, as the switches used within are more similar in actuation force and throw to a linear keyboard keyswitch than the microswitch and spring setups commonly used to make arcade buttons. They are different, and can be judged on preference, not good or bad. The biggest issue is the scratches that came on the buttons. They look used and were purchased as new.
