This is my first dubba, so I cant confirm the Superior Quality, but it does what I need it to do and I dont imagine any reason you might be disappointed with it. Ive heard that some cheaper ones arrive dented or the lids are warped, so maybe the superior quality is in the slightly thicker metal.

Greater than one weekAs always...Canon delivers. Ordered from Ritz through Amazon and everything arrived on time. Ritz sling bag may work for smaller scale cameras but surely not for the 5D. Bottom space just too small.
How to pair 2 devices at the same time:
Step 1: Press and hold the power button for 6-7 seconds to power on, you can see the indicator light flashing red and blue alternately. At this time, turn on the Bluetooth on your first device, find "KH-23" and click to connect. The indicator will turn blue when connected.
Step2: After connected to the first device, turn off the Bluetooth of your first device, and then the Bluetooth headset will enters the pairing status automatically. Turn on the Bluetooth on your second device, search "KH-23" and click to connect.
Step3: After connected with second device, turn on the Bluetooth on you first device, search "KH-23" and click to connect. Now the Bluetooth headset is connecting with 2 devices.
