SAT/ACT/PSAT

I find this product to be among the best test preparation guides for successful results on the SAT/ACT/PSAT tests. I really enjoy the format and learning guides used in the program. Definitely five stars.

I have ADHD as well as terrible test anxiety, and wanted to brush up on my SAT skills before moving forward to much more complicated tests such as the GRE. I got a lot out of all four main sections of Platinum Edition SAT/ACT/PSAT 2010, but especially benefited from the flash cards and practice tests. Unlike some other programs and books on the market, the practice test scoring actually tells you why you got an answer wrong.

My daughter needed some assistance with her ACT test because she didnt do that well on her practice exam. The flashcards has helped her tremendously and she is not able to identify what went wrong by using this product.

I am severely disappointed by myriad of errors that abound in this software. The math sections are ridden with errors that an eighth grader could recognize. I am currently an 11th grader in an AP Calculus class, so Im not too worried about the math section; however, the fact the program marks me down for answers I know are correct is annoying (to say the least).

I have always taken longer on tests than others, and I needed a good practice so I could finish my SAT and ACT tests on time and not lose points. In just one week, the practice test section of Platinum Edition SAT/ACT/PSAT 2010 helped me get the test-taking skills I needed to finish on time with everyone else.

I first ordered this product about a month ago. When I received it, the box was sealed and looked brand new. However, when I installed the software and tried to register the product code, it told me that the code had already been used. After contacting the company and not getting a personal reply (their support system uses badly designed forums), I decided to exchange my product for a new one. When I received my current software, it installed perfectly and works well. The only problem I have is that some of the problems and explanations are blatantly wrong. However, there are so many practice problems and tips, that it is worth the affordable price. If you dont mind perhaps dealing with returns or technical difficulties, or want to take your chances, I would definitely recommend this product to someone preparing for the SAT.

As a tutor, I run into students all the time who struggle with test-taking skills. This product is amazing and is the ONLY tool I use to help my students boost their test scores! My students THANK me every time when they see their test scores jump hundreds of points!

It doesnt work after the signing in, no matter what.

I am a high school student. I bought this software program to help prepare me for the PSAT. However, instead of learning appropriate test-taking skills, I ended up spending most of my time editing many careless errors in its practice exams (in one case, six out of eighteen questions had errors).

My first SAT and ACT scores were not good enough to get me into my first choice college. A friend had recommended this after her scores went up so I bought it. It was like having a private tutor helping me through the whole test. I loved the advice that it gave on test strategies, and the flash cards made it easy to remember the new things I was learning. The best part was the practice test which allowed me to see the areas that I could work on immediately and told me how to complete each problem correctly. I could take a small portion of the test at a time, save it, and come back to finish it later. If you want to boost your score for the SAT or ACT get this computer program now. It was easy to use and made studying fun. Plus I know that the strategies this taught me will help me excel on any test. Without this I would be going to a local state U, not my first choice school.
