I was not too enthusiastic about this thing when I saw it at E3, but after trying it out, I brought a couple for the kids. They love them! I find that it greatly relieves my fingers and provides a more natural grip on the Switch. The case/grip combo is a great deal and all the parts included are high quality. I think the price is pretty reasonable too.

A necessity for any extended gaming. Contours just right and prevents fatigue or pain.

Very good Switch grip, the only issue I had was some bump that was on the seam on the right side I had to shave down that was causing an an uncomfortable fit in my hand. Great product once I fixed that.

Lost a star for the rough edges that damaged my switch. This thing is pretty awesome, it makes playing the switch in handheld possible for me (33y/o adult male). My wife likes it too. Overall quality is pretty good also, I wish the comfort grip portion went around the entire handles. I am a plastics engineer though and I have to ding in on poor parting lines. Also rough and too sharp edges, especially where it comes into contact with my switch joycons. I just bought brand new skins from Skinit and it has ruined them where the grip makes contact so beware if you have vinyl skins. I filed my sharp edges down myself and that seems to help, but too late $25 of skins ruined. Could potentially ruin your joycon finish too but I havent (and wont) try it bare.

I got this as a present and he absolutely loved it. He now uses it every day and it actually feel weird without it. Great purchase.

Got this from my husband for Father’s Day! He loves it. He was concerned that it looked cheap and then it will break easily, but that has not been the case! Is that exactly what he was hoping it would. My only complaint would be that it showed up not in an Amazon box but just the box of the product itself. So my husband got to open it early because he saw what it was! Other than that product is fantastic and highly recommended!

The grip does what it intends to do, provides a comfortable grip while playing on handheld mode for long play sessions. I read to plenty of reviews prior to purchasing the grip and the worse thing I found is that the grip does in fact leave marks on the switch. The best thing to avoid this is to actually apply plastic tape inside the grip itself, exactly as I have shown here.

Im giving this 4 stars only because its a good gadget. Sadly its too large to fit into a case. I gave it to a friend who finds it more useful than I can
