> 3 dayIt did not come with the straps and carabiners pictured. Additionally, the instructions say, Hanging hardware not include. However the pictures and the parts list on the listing include straps and carabiners. I will change my review to five stars and update this review if the seller will send me the missing parts.

> 3 dayAmazing swing. Kids love it. We love it! We ended up using a tow strap wrapped around a very high branch to hang ours. Weight limit is accurate. We had 550 lbs on it today and had zero issues (we had to test it for safety lol). Highly recommend!!

> 3 dayI bought this tree swim set to install in my backyard. I like how to the seat is round and wide so that it’s not like the typical swing. The installation did take a long time and the rope set up takes some time to figure out.

> 3 dayOur four kids LOVE this swing! It does take work to push more than one kid at a time and kids can’t swing themselves like a traditional swing. Would totally recommend this to others!!

Greater than one weekI was delivered a package with missing parts :-( I wanted to have my grandchildren have a swing to play on when they visit our home. I was excited, started putting it together but the metal pieces were very hard to attach, two of the peices were not attaching, there were no screw bolts to connect the parts nor was there any metal rings that connect to the straps. Not happy at all and returned it back. I looked at the video, it does not show how challenging it is to put the ring together. nor did it show where she got the screw bolts..... So I am a sad grandma that cant bring joy to my grandaughters ...... wishing i could have surprised them with a new swing.....

> 3 dayThe swing overall is great and my toddler loves it! It seems very sturdy. It was just such a pain to put together, literally it took me a while to figure out and I’m usually pretty good at putting things together. Not easy In my opinion!!
