I have been looking at THIS lamp several times over the last year like a kid back in the day looking at the JC Penney Christmas Toy Catalog over and over. Finally I ordered it, and this lamp is like WOW. Built like a WWII Battleship, it will sure to bring the wow from anyone who sees it for many years to come. Great look, quality.... it is like a freakin work of art..... and perfect sitting in the living room side table next to the lazyboy.

Wow- this really exceeded my expectations! Its beautiful, study, and functional. It adds a lot of character to my home office. Packaged extremely well and protective. I was worried that it would be slightly too big, but its the perfect size for my desk. Although its smooth on the bottom, I added a few thin adhesive foam pads to the base, just to make sure that it doesnt scratch my wood desk if moved. My only suggestion would be to have a version with a dimmer. Thinking about buying another one....

What a beautiful lamp. I bought it for my art studio, which has a steampunk, industrial style. A GE LED lamp makes it perfect. Its heavy, made with real metal. The cable and the plug look 1950s. Fabulous lamp.
