Savic Sputnik Small Animal House

The sputnik is a must have in my rat cage. Every time I come and check on them at least one rat is in the sputnik sleeping :) They do love peeing in it for some reason.. but it is super easy to clean so I dont mind! I highly recommend this product.

my rats love these, but I havent been able to hang it from the top of the cage. There are no instructions and I just cant get it to connect to the cage bars. So Ive had to stand it up on the bottom of the cage. I know they would prefer it hanging.

I know this is a great product. It was easy to assemble, came in the colors I ordered, and hangs from the top of the cage (but you can have it standing on its feet if you like). Unfortunately, my rats think this is the scariest thing they’ve ever encountered in their little lives. It’s been about five days and they are just now sniffing around it. They won’t even take boiled egg from it. Can’t wait until they use it!

My only note would be that the size I bought is best suited for just one rat, though both will squeeze in there sometimes. More commonly, though, its just one of the two guys hanging in there. I cut the elastic off an old pair of boxer briefs and then reassembled the thing through the legs/waist to make a convenient soft bottom they cant remove.

Used this before and our pet rats liked it. Description says light grey/black. Received pink and purple. I don’t think they care- just wish it was the right color because I have two male rats.

My rats love this thing. They were nervous about it at first, but now they sleep in there on warm nights.

Fun to hang up or put on floor

I was going to give a low review because they sent me the wrong color but rats dont care about that lol they love this thing just wish it was a little bigger I have 3 females and its hard for them all to fit but they manage

Rats love it , they all huddle in it on top of each other. I gave them some paper towels to nest and they laid the paper towels in it.

My rats are absolutely obsessed with it. They snuggle and snooze in it frequently. It snaps together and apart easily. I love that is it easily washable. It clicks in place easily. I mostly use it hanging, but it is sturdy standing on the ground as well.
