> 3 dayTaking a hit to 144hz to have the extra pixels in 1440p would be a better buy.

> 3 dayThis may be a great gaming monitor, but the back mount design SUCKS! non-standard, instead of a 75x75 or 200x200mm pattern, its some goofy design that is a p.o.s. As such, youd better get two, so both are aligned side by side. I didnt get two and now this p.o.s. is over 2 lower than the right hand one, which is another model Sceptre, btw. Yes, I deducted 3 stars because of this worthless mount, which included a hole in this sunken mount and made it easy to drop one of the standoff fittings i had to use to adapt from the c.f. of a design, to a normal world vesa mount. Youre better off spending more money for a better quality monitor that mounts to your existing monitor arms. If youre going with the desktop placement, it may be different...whatever. Im VERY DISSATISFIED with this purchase.

19-11-2024The screw holes for attaching a VESA mount are VERY poorly milled. You need to insert 4 spacer screws, then a plate, then the 4 screws to actually attach the monitor to the plate. You will need to repeatedly unscrew, and re-screw 8 screws total. Doing this multiple times because of the poor milling increases the chance one these 8 screws will fall inside the monitor in the large hole inconveniently located in the recessed area which funnels anything dropped here directly in like a surprise sarlacc. Maybe this can spare you the agony. Put a piece of tape over this hole during assembly or you will be faced with disassembling a brand new monitor or risking electrical fire. Neither choice is ideal.
